The Great Gatsby by F.Scott Fitzgerald

A book published in 1925 and a movie made in 2013 became relevant to me in an inexplicable way. Was it the era, the writing, the story?...Well I just can't seem to get an answer to that question. It's all mysterious and uncertain,the way we find something in times where everything around us is at a standstill. Looking around for a means to pass my time I gladly stumbled upon The Great Gatsby by F.Scott Fitzgerald and ended up watching the movie as well. Although the book was lying on my shelf since a year and my efforts to begin the novel always went in vain. The reason for this will surely be accounted to the toughness of this book. It's a book that needs certain amount of attention yet it does no seek for it.
