Come on Netflix,stop making such good watchable content. Netflix has never disappointed me by the content they are delivering these days. Sacred Games was much awaited by me since the first trailer dropped in. Looking at the kind of topnotch actors and directors working on this project, I instantly knew this was going to be something great. And it did turn out to be great. Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane are those visionary directors who have made many Indie crime movies for a very along time (at least Anurag). So this was just a piece of cake for them as this genre is their speciality. Although the partnership with Netflix gives an additional support of no censorship which means that the directors are not pulled back by any sort of language or content barrier. It is an adaptation of a book by the same name written by Vikram Chandra. Nawaz has always been good at playing these characters and he manages to do it again with finesse. A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, a guy existed who was never interested nor fascinated by a series so good but one day he decided to watch it. Yaa I'm that guy. For a very long time I had procrastinated the idea of watching this saga. I used to start Episode I : The Phantom Menace but barely could finish it. But the hype that surrounded these movies made me sit through the entire series without any sort of regret. The entire saga is divided into 4 parts i.e original trilogy, prequel trilogy, sequel trilogy and the standalone movies. As of now we have in total 10 movies that have been released. There is a particular order to watch these films which I'll be providing shortly. lets just say that George Lucas the visionary guy behind this very successful project is the reason that we have around 10 movies now.
